Data-Linc Group Accepted into Schneider Automation Modbus on Ethernet TCP Program

June 11, 2001– Redmond, WA– Data-Linc Group, the leader in industrial data communications, is pleased to announce acceptance into the Schneider Automation Modbus on Ethernet TCP Program. Modbus on Ethernet TCP is an initiative of the Schneider Alliances Partners program. Program acceptance is predicated upon rigorous independent testing at the University of Michigan’s product assurance laboratory. Data-Linc Group's wireless SRM6200E Ethernet modem and SRM6300E wireless Ethernet modem were the first products that successfully passed Schneider Automation's Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP connectivity conformance and interoperatiblity tests.
